A competition has been announced for the best article to be published in The CIS Healthcare journal under the theme “Ways to improve healthcare across the CIS”. The competition is organized by the Russian Research Institute of Health, the CIS basic organization for public health and healthcare digitalization.
This large-scale initiative is dedicated to the Year of Health Protection declared in the Commonwealth. Its primary objective is to identify the best organizational solutions, innovative scientific approaches, and practical initiatives aimed at modernizing national healthcare systems.
The organizers invite a broad range of specialists from the Commonwealth countries to participate free of charge, including practicing physicians, heads of medical institutions, researchers, faculty members of related higher education institutions, public health analysts, and early-career researchers.
The competition welcomes original articles presenting innovative ideas, practical strategies, and effective solutions for advancing public health. The winning entries will be published in the peer-reviewed scientific and practical journal The CIS Healthcare.
The event is taking place from July 1 to September 25, 2026. Applications and manuscripts must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026 (inclusive). All submissions must fully comply with the citation requirements and editorial guidelines set out in the Official Competition Regulations, available on the publisher’s website (in Russian).
