The 4th International Forum “Woman of the Third Millennium” is taking place in Moscow on November 18-19, 2025. The event brings together women’s communities, leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators, and creators from 89 regions of Russia, CIS countries, Asia, Europe, and Africa.
CIS Secretary-General Sergey Lebedev addressed a greeting to the forum’s organizers and participants:

On behalf of the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States, I extend my warm greetings to the organizers and participants of the 4th International Forum “Woman of the Third Millennium”.
The Forum serves as a respected international platform for discussing the role of women in modern society, providing impetus for regular international meetings and addressing pressing socio-economic and humanitarian issues. The international projects considered at your event focus on expanding women’s opportunities and roles in politics, economics, global health strategy, and environmental security.
Your annual meetings help expand the participants’ geographical reach and identify areas of interaction for the near future”.
CIS Secretary-General expressed confidence that the ideas and proposals voiced at the forum, along with the new contacts established, will contribute to the further development of integration ties within the Commonwealth.
Sergey Lebedev wished the forum participants and guests productive work, new creative solutions, and the expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation.
