The international off-site business seminar entitled “The Baking Business. Best Practices of Enterprises in the Republic of Tatarstan” is taking place in Kazan on August 13-14, 2026.
The Seminar is organized by the Russian Scientific Research Institute of the Bakery Industry, the CIS basic organization for professional development and retraining in the baking industry.
Mikhail Myskin, Director of the Department for Economic Cooperation of the CIS Executive Committee, delivered welcoming remarks on behalf of the CIS Executive Committee.
He emphasized that the Commonwealth attaches particular importance to the agro-industrial sector and the foundation of food safety. A long-term priority for the CIS member states is to enhance the competitiveness of the agro-industrial sector in domestic and global markets.
Mikhail Myskin also assured the seminar participants that the CIS Executive Committee would continue to provide comprehensive support for initiatives and proposals aimed at deepening integration ties.
