A training programme for young financial intelligence specialists, held as part of Rossotrudnichestvo’s* New Generation project, began in Moscow on August 17. This year, it brought together representatives from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.
The programme for young financial intelligence specialists has been held for the fourth time as part of New Generation, jointly organized by Rossotrudnichestvo and the Federal Financial Monitoring Service of the Russian Federation.
Rossotrudnichestvo’s New Generation project brings together young representatives of political, public, academic, business, and professional circles from various countries. Its aim is to introduce promising young specialists to Russia, create opportunities for direct professional interaction and foster long-term international ties.
The programme focuses on practical cooperation. Over five days, participants will learn about Russia’s experience in financial intelligence, visit relevant organizations, meet with Russian and international experts, and take part in workshops, lectures, and business simulations.
The professional programme also covers online financial investigations, schemes for laundering criminal proceeds, the use of artificial intelligence by financial intelligence units, and countering digital channels of terrorist financing.
