CIS Forum on Scientific and Technological Cooperation to Be Held in Novosibirsk

The event will take place from 26 to 28 August as part of the 13th International Forum for Technological Development “Technoprom-2026” and will bring together experts from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Uzbekistan.

The main themes of the forum are:

  • technological sovereignty in healthcare;
  • medical tourism;
  • biopharmaceuticals;
  • diagnostics;
  • medical devices.

International cooperation in science, technology and clinical practice will be also discussed.

The event will start with a plenary session titled “CIS: Health and Technological Sovereignty – from Decisions to Joint Action”. A session on medical tourism will also be held on the same day, featuring national programmes and tools for working in this area.

On 27 August, participants will visit medical institutions in the Novosibirsk Region, including Medpark and the Centre for New Medical Technologies. The day will conclude with an off-site session at Novosibirsk State University, dedicated to medical technologies in the region.

On 28 August, a B2B Contact Exchange will take place, where manufacturers of medical equipment and pharmaceutical products will be able to hold negotiations with potential partners. Pre-registration is required to participate in the events.
