On 14 August 2026, a meeting of the expert group on the draft Agreement on the Establishment of the Council of Heads of Enforcement Authorities of the CIS Member States was held via videoconference.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as by staff members of the CIS Executive Committee.
The experts reviewed proposals submitted by the CIS member states during the meeting and agreed upon the finalised draft Agreement and the draft Decision of the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers on this matter.
