A meeting took place on December 9, 2025, at the CIS Executive Committee in Moscow between CIS Secretary-General Sergey Lebedev and Director of the Federal Bailiffs Service – Chief Bailiff of the Russian Federation Dmitry Aristov.
During the meeting, issues of international cooperation among the enforcement authorities of the CIS member states were discussed.
In particular, Dmitry Aristov informed about the interaction of the Federal Bailiffs Service with colleagues from:
– Armenia;
– Belarus;
– Kyrgyzstan;
– Tajikistan;
– Uzbekistan.
Within the context of this cooperation, the issue of preparing a draft Agreement on Establishing the Council of Heads of Enforcement Authorities of the CIS Member States was raised.
The parties also discussed the prompt launch of the Agreement on Cooperation in Exchanging Information During the Enforcement of Judicial Acts, Acts of Other Authorized Bodies and Officials, signed by the heads CIS Member States in the summer of 2025.
The meeting participants agreed to continue the close interaction between the Federal Bailiffs Service and the CIS Executive Committee.
The meeting was attended by CIS Deputy Secretary-General Denis Trefilov and CIS Executive Committee Legal Department Director Larisa Zaudalskaya.
