Inter-ministerial consultations on “Interaction among CIS Member States in the Field of Export Control and Non-Proliferation” were held in Moscow on December 10, 2025.
Representatives of foreign policy agencies exchanged current information on the state of national export control systems and the situation within multilateral export control regimes.
The consultations also included a discussion on issues related to the implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 1540 (2004) and the preservation of the Hague Code of Conduct against Ballistic Missile Proliferation.
Participants noted the usefulness of the exchange of views on agenda items and the continuation of the practice of holding consultations.
