Experts from CIS Countries Agree on Draft Plan of Main Activities for Implementing Conceptual Framework for Labor Standards Cooperation for 2026–2030

An additional meeting of the expert group to coordinate the draft Plan of Main Activities for implementing the Conceptual Foundations of Cooperation among CIS Member States in the field of labor standards for 2026–2030 was held on January 20 at the Commonwealth headquarters.

 

The meeting was attended by representatives from:

– Armenia;

– Belarus;

– Kazakhstan;

– Kyrgyzstan;

– Russia;

– Tajikistan;

– Uzbekistan;

– The CIS Executive Committee.

Experts considered comments submitted by the member states on the draft Plan and approved the document with the amendments introduced. It was decided to submit the Plan for consideration by the CIS Economic Council in accordance with the established procedure.

The draft Plan of Main Activities for implementing the Conceptual Foundations of Cooperation in the field of labor standards for 2026-2030 was developed by the Belarusian National Technical University, the CIS basic organization for the training, retraining, and professional development of personnel on labor standards.

The document's purpose is the further development of cooperation among Commonwealth countries in the field of work organization and labor standards.

The implementation of activities for information exchange, sharing of materials and experience in this field will facilitate the development of approaches for the effective use of labor potential, optimization of labor costs, and increased labor productivity.
