On March 23, 2026, the Russian news agency TASS hosted a press conference dedicated to the CIS International Economic Forum in Moscow.
The press conference participants discussed the role of the CIS in Eurasia, priorities in the Commonwealth's integration agenda, industrial cooperation and investment mechanisms within the CIS, as well as the key initiatives and thematic areas of the forum. CIS Deputy Secretary-General Ilkhom Nematov, Chairman of the Coordinating Council of the CIS Business Center for Economic Development Anatoly Kazakov, General Director of the CIS Business Center for Economic Development Vadim Ganin, Chairman of the Committee on Investment and Economic Development of the CIS Business Center for Economic Development Nikita Dmitriev, Chairman of the Committee on Construction and Architecture of the CIS Business Center for Economic Development Konstantin Avagimov, and Chairman of the Committee on Industry and Industrial Cooperation of the CIS Business Center for Economic Development Alexander Chernov spoke about the forum's role in Eurasia, as well as the key initiatives and thematic areas of the forum.

The International Economic Forum of the CIS Member States "35 Years of the CIS: Developing the Greater Eurasian Partnership" will be held on April 3. It was created as a platform for developing practical solutions aimed at strengthening economic cooperation.
