The agenda of the 12th meeting of the Working Group included problematic issues related to the supply of strategically important goods for the economies of the signatories of the CIS Free Trade Zone Treaty (household appliances, sheet glass, Portland cement, metallurgical products, etc.), as well as non-tariff import regulation measures (the application of a differentiated approach to excise taxes on imported and manufactured goods, the introduction of additional fees, price regulation, temporary restrictions, etc.).

The discussion was constructive, appropriate decisions were made on three issues. The remaining issues were kept under review and will be discussed further at the next meeting of the High-Level Working Group in September 2026.
