The Fifth Minsk International Crisis Management Congress "Parade Assembly" has opened in Minsk for crisis managers. Participants include representatives of banks and the financial sector of the Commonwealth. Topics include financial rehabilitation and bankruptcy of organizations in the CIS, as well as corporate liability insurance.
CIS countries are jointly working on a model law. It will become a universal algorithm for crisis managers, helping to address differences in laws on financial rehabilitation and bankruptcy of companies whose creditors or assets are located in more than one country. The topic of rehabilitation became the main focus of the meeting in Minsk. Experts from Russia assessed Belarusian experience in enterprise rehabilitation and are adopting it for local companies.
This is the fifth CIS Crisis Management Congress, held for the first time in Minsk.
