Members of the CIS Observer Mission Headquarters have visited territorial election commissions in Gyumri, Shirak Province, Vanadzor, Lori Province, Ashtarak, Aragatsotn Province, and territorial election commission No. 9 in Yerevan.
During meetings with the heads of the territorial election commissions, there were discussions on the readiness for Election Day, the availability of technical equipment and guidance materials at polling stations, the completion of the training for members of precinct election commissions.
As part of the long-term observation of the parliamentary elections in Armenia, a meeting of the CIS observers with the leadership of the Television and Radio Commission was held on June 3. The observers were informed about the Commission’s competence during the election campaign period, about the results of the monitoring media coverage of the election campaign, as well as about the number and outcomes of complaints and applications processing submitted to the commission.
