The 57th meeting of the Scientific and Technical Commission for Conformity Assessment of the Interstate Council for Standardization, Metrology and Certification was attended by representatives of national bodies from the states party to the Agreement:
- Armenia;
- Belarus;
- Kazakhstan;
- Kyrgyzstan;
- Russia;
- Tajikistan;
- Uzbekistan;
- the CIS Executive Committee;
- the Bureau for Standards.
The participants discussed a number of important issues aimed at removing technical barriers to mutual trade among the CIS member states.
Based on the results of the materials reviewed and the discussion held, the meeting participants adopted agreed recommendations on a coordinated policy in the field of conformity assessment (confirmation).
