The Institute of Youth Policy and International Relations of the MIREA – Russian Technological University, the CIS basic organization for youth work, has announced enrollment for the following continuing professional development programmes:
- Organization of Youth Work across the CIS;
- International Youth Cooperation.
Training period: September–November 2026.
Eligible applicants
Applications are invited from:
- representatives of federal, regional and municipal authorities responsible for youth policy;
- youth work professionals;
- staff members of youth organizations and educational institutions;
- representatives of public associations from Russia or other CIS member states.
Programme formats
Organization of Youth Work across the CIS:
- 24 academic hours (6 days, online);
- 72 academic hours (12 days, online);
- 120 academic hours (18 days. online).
International Youth Cooperation:
- 24 academic hours (6 days, online);
- 36 academic hours (9 days, online);
- 72 academic hours (12 days, online).
Upon the programme successful completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Professional Development.
Following the online training, the highest-performing participants will be offered a free internship organized jointly with partner organizations and public authorities responsible for youth affairs.
